I would like to think if there were significant technical "issues" we would have known about them by now. It also helps if you use the words "technical update" in the correct context, i.e. "technical update on the analysis of data".
Maybe they haven't finished, but it clearly says they have data and they have spent two months acquiring said data. It wouldn't take two months to tell us they don't work. Maybe they are still searching for upper limits? Have they even found the upper limit of retention yet?
