Yep, spot on @Ryzie, it all depends on how quickly IOU can get their hearing before the Federal Court, to explain the oversight and get the share issue validated.

PLS managed to get this done in two days in late July. If it takes longer, IOU will have to request a voluntary suspension until the court can hear them.

It’s all very boring and procedural but there will be a few special people who panic sell on open, assuming the Australian Federal Court has thrown the BOD into jail in Malaysia! haha

I for one misread the initial announcement, thinking that this request had initially come from the Federal Court, not vice-versa (from IOU) which is the case.
