Basically, if the mistake is inadvertent or honest, then there is event a rap on the knuckles. If it is more nefarious and deliberate, then fines for the directors.
I am guessing / hoping it seems it was lack of cleaning statement or something similar, and not anything misleading (from my review, this seems to be the case and likely inadvertent).
Either way, we will likely have notification of the decision on Wednesday midday, and then trading later that afternoon or Thursday morning.
