I don’t think this is a typical context given the pandemic A number of possibilities may be being explored, as others have flagged, emergency approval uses or they have the preIND submission so FDA approved phase 2 trial. I think while there’s uncertainty in what companies going to do next, and some people with the information and others without a trading halt is fair.
