I would have loved to be a fly on the wall when this deal was being sold to valuable clients. I wonder if they had any clue that any Tom Dick or Harry could buy a share and option on the fist day they got their them for the same, if not less money. If they didn’t, they certainly didn’t do any due diligence and probably deserve this. “Sophisticated Investors” huh?? Just wait and see if the other 310,000,000 shares issued today come online. Very very brave buyer today I wonder what the options are even worth now with so many hundred of millions out there??
