Beacon is seeking the trading halt due to a material acquisition transaction.

(b) Beacon requests that the trading halt last until Beacon makes an announcement to the market about
completion of the transaction. The announcement regarding the transaction will likely be made before
the commencement of normal trade on Tuesday, 24 August 2021.

(c) Beacon is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

(d) Beacon is not aware of any other information available at this stage that is necessary to inform the market
about the trading halt.
