    I agree, any CR is bad in the short term and the SP will retreat back to the CR price, but in the longer term the SP will recover if the acquisition/deal stacks up. I am happy with the acquisition and the growth story of this company continues. The 1 for 4 is a good outcome to existing shareholders who want to top up their holdings
