if you are valued at ~11-12 times revenues and ~9-10 times ARR why wouldn't you hover up anything below that price
arguably if you pick up adjacent companies which help you technology stack and/or you can cross sell your software to, there are benefits over the long term......lets hope they are doing this rather than just buying ARR/Revenues at elevated prices....because if you are doing the latter, at some stage this 'growth' strategy will stop working
