Agree @DavidW. I tend to be very cynical. There appears to have been someone actively trying to keep the price down, but without buying a great deal on offer when offered cheap. Go figure.

Just when the price starts to improve, there is a trading halt to say CR coming, giving them until Monday morning to make the announcement. If they need a cheap issue price, not a good look if price has just spiked! Clamp it down with a trading halt, but haven't pinned down whatever needs to be pinned down, so need to buy a bit of time.

If it is another cheap broker placement only, without offering to retail holders, I will NOT be impressed. But if the CR funds work that takes the SP to 10c, no one will mind overly. What really matters is the news that comes with the CR.
