My guess is FMR will be given a placement to increase their holding to up to 20%.
Thesis is to avoid takeover with the help of friendly top 20s'.
I personally would be happy with that. I know it is dilution but for a good cause as FMR wouldn't want to loose (control over) an asset and neither would I.
