And what makes you think they will offer shareholders anything at all ? Maybe they intend to raise the money from institutional investors interested in either Mt Thirsty or some of that gold. With a market cap of less then $15m they were already dirt cheap at 2c and frankly I'm surprised nobody attempted a takeover yet.
