Way to stall momentum going into the meaty part of a drill campaign.
IMO its pretty simple. This is all about keeping the lights on (e.g. having some salary to execs and management) post drill if its a duster.
If drilling is a success then its not a good CR cause we could have raised significantly higher / with less dilution after the drill.
I suppose its down to how you look at your investment in NWE, I can see how long term holders / suffers would like to live to fight another day. For myself LD 1 was an all or nothing investment.
Anyway let's see what happens. One thing for sure I don't think existing retail will be invited to take part. More likely S&I at a nice discount to then dump in the short term.
