I'm no expert in Canadian tax, and happy to be educated further, but I believe the new shares issued in Canada have "flow-through" tax benefits to their owners in Canda which is not available to us Aussies, so would expect the price here to reflect the after flow through benefit. What that amount isI am unsure.
