If it was just a capital raise they would have said simply that in their application for a trading halt.
imho this is so much more than just a capital raise.
Hopefully it is a proposed solution for a way forward into profitability however long that may take and at whatever cost they decide it comes at.
if it isn't, then you all know what the other alternative is.
