if it is a cap raise then I am supprised they did'nt do it when the SP was over 5.5c. we are at 3.2c and to ask for a cap raise would mean that they would have to do it at 20% discoumt to todays price meaning 2.5c. Lets see at what price. why not buy in if it less as it will run back up as they will have more capital to progress. Need money to make money!
