I do think that the market has be somewhat sitting on it's hands to see what they are doing with the 50M.
the last 4E did have something in there that i liked which is a deposit for an investment. 1.2M
I guess that a healthy deposit will be minimum of 10% so looks like they were shopping for around 10M business venture. This will still leave 40M in the kitty, future opportunities for growth.
I do think that the market has be somewhat sitting on it's hands...
