are they acquiring something in Malaysia, for the purposes of strengthening their market share in the country?

or, are they purchasing a start up in another country, and thus this is the pathway to navigate around covid and expand into a 2nd territory?

If the latter, will it be our likely territory 2 & 3 targets in Indonesia and Philippines? Or perhaps is this our pathway into entering potentially bigger markets of Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam etc?

If this is indeed an acquisition into a 2nd territory, that is absolutely awesome
