To be clear - it mentions a material investment/acquisition.
To me, this is a big point as this opens up the possibilities regarding the reason for the halt.
Could be related to an acquisition to speed up commencement in Region 2, could be relating to a strategic stake being sought by a larger company (iPay88/Razer/NDT etc). Could be both.
Regardless, an exciting time to be holding with full quarter results also due out at the end of the month.
