There has to be more to it than just raising 10million for belt and braces. I am with Sillazze, it has to be related to a strategic investor and possibly an agreement on the ROW trofinatide rights.
My money is on Acadia taking a stake and also signing a deal for the ROW rights. I reckon it will come at small premium, as a sop there will be some loose change for others. It makes perfect sense for Acadia and will put them in the box seat for the takeover should it ever happen.
