I do like to also point out that GDC have committed to a $20m loan in FY 21 - This capital raising may be targeting that debt repayments.
Also they have committed substantial amount of money into financial activities (payment for financial assets - which understands as acquiring more data centre) but not exactly sure about "payment to subsidiaries - net of cash acquired". If anyone knows further details please share as well.
Overall I was looking around to find a good junior data centre / cloud company to invest and out of all NNG / DC2 / DXN / SOV / GDC, I find GDC would be the one that will probably see better returns out of all of them in short-medium term investment.
