    If the capital raising is for further business growth and major institutions are participating then I dont view this as a negative thing.

    Some good funds (Regal / Tribeca) are now purchasing GDC on a large volume, I am bullish on this stock.

    Good to not seeing typical pump & dump funds (e.g. Credit Suisse) becoming major shareholder
