I suppose most people who are bearish to the stock were due to the past history (before GDC, more towards TDI era)
Share price did took a massive dive from the $2 IPO to low $1 price range. And the management / major shareholder 360 didn't provide much materialistic announcements to let the shareholder knows what is going on with the business.
But like you said their balance sheet looks strong especially considering they are in the data centre businesses which are extremely difficult to turn their capital investments into revenue / profit.
