Reading some interesting comments here and how most of you are saying that this 1 for 10 options deal is good and maybe better than a standard SPP. How is that the case?
In a SPP at least the smaller to medium shareholders can apply for a decent size parcel. In this situtaion if someone only has a small parcel (lets say for example currently holding under 50k shares worth $5000 only) they will only get a max of 5000 shares worth $500. How is this a good deal. In lot of SPP's you can apply up to $30000 worth of shares (they may get scaled down but not to that extent).
Hence I cannot see how this is good for small holders of ASN. It is defintely good if you are a massive shareholder with 1million + shares or more.
Am I missing something here? Appreciate someone clearing my doubts..
