Exercising them all suits me because I have only 100k of the oppies. There have been times when I've held many more and I wouldn't have considered exercising them all. We all make investment decisions based on personal circumstances. With a stock like this one, I can see how holding a reserve of oppies provides great insurance against a surging share price.
