Sounds like the following to me (based purely on what @Chris2184 & @Access2020 have said, nothing more):
Current shares on issue - 898,657,642 (based on 13/8 Announcement)
Capital raise - $7.35m @ $0.091/share, implying 80,769,230 shares issued
Shares on issue after CR - 979,426,872
Options issued to ALL shareholders on register on 24/9/21 on a 1 for 10 basis with an exercise price of $0.091. That would be 97,942,687 options issued.
IF all options converted at $0.091 this would raise another $8,912,784
Additional options issued on a (1:1) basis for all exercised Options. Again, assuming all initial options were exercised, then an additional 97,942,687 options would be issued with an exercise price of $0.20
IF all these options converted at $0.20 this would raise another $19,588,537
So the raise could be up to $35,851,321 (with up to $16,262,784 in the very near term, by Nov 2021)
