Is it really ominous, though? Given the ambiguity around the 25,000 tonnes of phosphate? The screenshot of the document from 03/21 posted above literally uses the phrase "mining of 27,000t". To me, that suggests that "total production of the minerals extracted" has indeed "exceeded 25,000t per annum" for 2021. Feel free to present an alternative viewpoint if you disagree!
