1 attack the announcement no matter what its says, this is best done after reading the announcement but this is by no means essential.
2 always assert that this is bad for holders, dilution, poor management, corruption in high places, to much info, to little.
3 if the announcement contains a lot of technical stuff well tell everyone that you understand the technicalities and its all bad
4 announce or at least strongly hint that this will be the end of the company and everyone involved will lose their money.
5 If the announcement is short criticise it for lack of detail if its long then criticise it for being to technical for the lay investor.
6 By all means describe the announcement as baked in, the company should have done this sooner or the company has acted in haste or both.
7 whatever information is in the announcement demand more, demand that management come clean.
8 suggest that you will complain to someone ASIC, ASIO or the privy council it doesnt matter who its not like your going to do it.
9 remember uncertainty is your friend, most investors have day jobs and are not experts so play to that, remember uncertainty is your friend
10 you should have already established your credentials, you are in Argentina or you are a superior trader and have knowledge not possessed by the average holder
11 Remember the higher the share price goes the more people worry so you should never stop using the word bubble and always treat the CEO like a Disallowed salesman.
12 If the share price goes down say how right you were and that the trend is down, if it goes up say its being pumped and will collapse soon.
You have the advantage you dont hold you are fearless and if it all goes south you can just leave and go play with another company
