I’m loving the optimism but one major complaint - people are saying “why would they go into a trading halt if it was bad news?” because they’re legally required to.
Bad news is just as price sensitive as good news, it’s not stipulated as positive price sensitive in the ASX rules.
I’ve been in this situation various times with price sensitive trading halts that ended up being a desperate attempt by the company to spin awful news.
