Mostly because for a company like MIN even if it is a big resource you're not going to see a huge hump in MC compared to NWE which can double it's MC. Similarly if it is a duster then MIN is hardly going to tank.
Also for those saying why sell the news.. it's a very common thing.. buy the rumour, sell the news. Personally I just buy and hold until a certain end point depending on the holding.
