Will it be fresh blood, perhaps the JV partner required to extract and carry some risk?
Will a 25% portion ( I think allowed) be made available to retail investors such as us?
My guess is something like $5-10M will be sought to get through to the FID. If so this is a significant dilution. I wonder what price per share? 5 cps? It is a strong signal and may uptick the sp.
Time will tell.
