Here you go. Just got onto the Financial Review's Street Talk column. By the look of it, basically the raise is for working capital.
If you read the full article, it seems as if the journalists don't know jack sh*t about the stock.
DC2 IPOed last November and now they're doing a cap raise in less than a year since IPO, not as bad as the Airtasker's situation but still not a good kick of confidence to investors.
