I agree with you that a director paying himself 1.7M on a 12M MC is nearly 20% and has taken the company SP from 25c to 0.3/4c within years all whilst extending his loans so he can buy himself a bugatti is not what you would call a great investment.

We all knew the CR was coming as they previously used to issue shares/script to pay off debts to make their CF statements look better and the Alto agreement was shocking.

What is the price they are giving it 0.35c? with a 1:1 or 2:1 options at 1/2c?
