I would disagree with you you are getting one share for 0.3c and then 5 free options on top for 0.3c so in total 6 shares for 0.3c each.

So whilst they are going to say they are raising 1.5M in reality they are raising the initial 1.5M and then a further 7.5M through the 'free' 0.3c options for a total of 8M.

This would equate to 2,666,666,666 shares being issued if all of the free 0.3c options are taken up.

Had to hand over more than 1/2 the company for 8M.
