Sorry i think that is incorrect the amount of new shares if taken up as I did 8M / 0.003 = 2.66Bn.
It is actaully
500M shares @ 0.3c = 1.5M
with 5x for options or 2.5bn = 7.5M
Total is 9M
So THREE BILLION new shares at 0.3c will soon be coming which is more than the total SOI prior to the CR being just over 2.5Bn.
All whilst Ted & the board decided it was best to extend the loans AGAIN to them.
