    So I just read this again. As I read it, the it's a bonus option for ALL shareholders, 1 option for every 5 shares held. So 1/5th of the register as bonus options.

    Then on top of that, if that option is exercised they will grant another 1c option which is probably irrelevant as it's highly unlikely anyone is ever going to exercise a 1c option in this company so they'll more than likely expire worthless
