Gee the CR bleaters are out in force here ... exactly how do you think the market works? Would you prefer, for example, that SLX offers you and me (as existing shareholders) a juicy deal like a $1 share for every one already held? Perhaps you think there needs to be some scheme to reward us based on the number of months we've held?

Not really. SP would immediately drop to about $1 a share ... who would want to pay more on the market than you are getting for free?
See my other comment about the way the world has changed since the 1970s ... it's all about new business ... any discount you're geting as an existing holder is icing on the cake.
