SLX asx release this morning reads as though the listing rules blindsided them as they wanted to do same pricing for SPP as placement. If this was the case then they have been very poorly advised during CR process. If not, then the asx release is a little cute!
Either way there are principles here in my opinion which are much more important than the 3% … hence my AGM voting stance.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion on what matters. Obviously for you Paddy this doesn’t!
