Yes there is more dilution, but i do belive in the management team and they wouldnt be doing a CR is they didnt believe there would be a benefit in doing so.

This is the first CR They have done in over 12 months, they have cash on hand and positive cash flow. If they are needing more cash it means the next acquisition is going to be a doozy and could transform TNT to the next level. This is not CR to keep the lights on...its to grow this growth company.

Lets be a tad patient and wait untill we have more info before jum
