My guess is it is with AstraZeneca and/or BSM (Amylin) as they are the current manufacturer and supplier of Exenatide as far as I am aware (Google/Wikipedia)..
Edit - just read AZ now has full share of the diabetes JV - "In December 2013, AstraZeneca purchased the Bristol-Myers Squibb share of the diabetes joint venture, and as a result, became the sole owner of all former Amylin products and business, including the manufacturing facility in West Chester, Ohio."
