Agree - as otherwise Shine would likely be losing money at these prices. Better to put it on ice than burn cash needlessly. Upside is all focus is then on Koolan and driving to getting into the 65% Fe product ASAP (plus maybe more intense scouting for new opportunities and a productive use of the cash pile).
