I don't think that WAM would predate on SNC. Wilson is quite friendly with SNC and helped and promoted them when setting up their IPO. Radzyminski was flogging his IPO at WAM presentations. I guess they could certainly put their heads together if there was opportunity offering on both sides though. Buzzm has indicated that he thinks that I am worried about SNC but that is far from the case - while Radzyminski has had a few dabbles which have not worked out well most of them have and he compares well with other activist managers. I have only indicated what I think some of the holders might be thinking about the CR when comparing it with other recent CRs which have been at heavy discounts. For the record I took my quota.
