Tungsten explorer King Island Scheelite is raising $31 million to fund the redevelopment of its Dolphin Tungsten Project.The company is looking to restart the project, which historically operated between 1917 and 1990, but closed due to depressed prices.Tungsten is used for lightbulb filaments. The company has appointed PAC Partners and Canaccord Genuity to manage the capital raising.
