Exactly what I feared would happen when I mentioned this about 1 month ago.
If this is going to be the full funding top up required to get the project going then they need to raise at least ~$11.5 million, unless the project CAPEX requirements have changed or we are still expecting some kind of grant from the government, which I think is unlikely now.
