this was discussed a few months ago. I personally think its fantasitc news. More money is needed to expand development and fast track things. We cant carry on as a 5 man band and expect quick results. I guessing a third party is motivating this and wants the technology sooner than later.
THis to me shows great confidence that expansion is worthy, and that the technology is actually working.
Of course on the other hand, if they dont expand, and jsut are topping up the coffers to keep trying until they fail then that is a different story all together. I look forward to seeing what the raising is going to be aimed at.
