i think this is overly optimistic. Its clearly a CR via placement. A CR with these guys doesn't scare me at all. to raise $10 million only needs to dilute by around 4 million shares. Considering the size of the pool its a drop. $10mil will go a long way with these guys. Mining companies on the other hand will be raising far more and it wont last long until next placement.
of course i have no idea how much they want, but youd think 10mill would be ample.
