Not big news at all, tech like this takes years to commercialise and time requires money. IMO the market will have already priced in the fact that many a cap raise is ahead of us. This is neither a good nor bad thing. This is a long term hold for me, if the BOD and Mo can execute, the value created for shareholders will be well worth any future dilutions we may have.
GLTAH and IMO, dont read too much into this. (it will however be interesting to see what exactly they are spending the money on).
