It will be interesting if the company brings forth the record date for the In-Specie Distribution of Itech Minerals (currently 11th October) as the IPO has closed. I probably will be a little annoyed if the placements holders receive Itech shares, their interest are not aligned with a minerals deposit and they would be off loaded into the market pretty quick.
Placement share usually take a week to be issued.
Lets see how Greg manages this one, i guess in he's best interest to call the record date early.
