Thanks for the reply, rambleon. I understand about two-part CRs. I think I mistook your "my contact has the books closed already for the placement" comment to apply to the $20 million CR for AXE shares, rather than the iTech SPP.
As for mentioning IBM, I was being a bit tongue-in-cheek. I very much like Archer's independent stance and affiliation with the ADF pretty much guarantees it, which is fine by me.
