The management team is a large part in why I signed up for AGE over say, other uranium groups.
To my mind, this decision is obviously designed to build wealth. With uranium prices headed the way they are, everything is time sensitive.
Consider the acquisition of a uranium containing resource; it would make the most sense to buy it now when prices are at their cheapest than to wait whatever arbitrary period since last cap raise to do so. In the interim, the price and value of said resource would sky rocket.
Have faith in your due diligence and research.
