    As a little research showed your messiah Cooper has sold (many more than tens of thousands) and is the benifactor of (many more millions of) 30c options, 50c options & (just because they needed to raise money via notes) also gets to partake in these notes (for max 50c conversion but potential lower price if share price less than 56c) and for good measure a 7.5%pa interest coupon until converted.

    But nothing to see here & great analysis.
